BEST BLENDING BRUSH (.ABR)

This is the best brush I've ever used for blending colors and blurring surfaces in Photoshop, and it's completely free.

To use it, you need to download the ABR file from Gumroad. Then select the Smudge tool in Photoshop and select a new brush for it (choose the best blending brush from the folder where you downloaded the file)
